He was very welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away. He explained what the surgery was he was doing for me, and ask me if I had any questions, which he then gave me informative answers. He then told me about the after care, and when I should expect the results from the lab. Which would be sent to my doctor. Both he & the attending nurse showed extreme care in my treatment. Thank you

Saw Mr Ahmed at Princess Alexandra hospital, he was very polite and welcoming. He explained the reasons for doing the particular procedure in a clear manner. The procedure was done quickly and with minimal pain.
